We went to his boutique yesterday to design my nikah dress. Our appointment was at 12.30pm, but we left the house at 1130pm, because we didn't know where his boutique is! We know it's at Solaris Dutamas but we've never been there. True enough, we go lost! We went round and round sri hartamas trying to find Solaris. In the end we got there, yay!
Syomir's new boutique is divine! His dresses are amazing, flowy and elegant, and he had also had some gorgeous shoes and clutches on display which I didn't know he does as well. We discussed the concept, he did some sketches, and voila, I was looking at my nikah dress. We started talking about shoes, and my mum picked this pretty ribbon shoes which are so cute!
He is so friendly and easy to talk to. Some designers want us to wear what they are designing, rather than designing it around us. He listens to what you are saying and incorporates it into the dress. He then adds in his Syomir touch, and you get your dream dress.
