I started reading Jane Austen's Emma last week. I've only read Sense & Sensibility and Pride and Prejudice, so I was really looking forward to Emma. I am now half way through and have to say, it may be my favourite Jane Austen book. It's funny, amusing, and romantic, your old school chick-lit :P

I found out from a work colleague that the book has been adapted into a film, with Gwyneth Paltrow starring as Emma. So I Googled and found it on one of these online movie streaming websites. I am waiting for it to load now, can't wait! I know I've only read half the book, but as with all chick-lits, old or new, 10 pages in and you know who she's going to end up with :P

Hmm, wonder if she can pull off the English accent...
