Review: MUA Akad nikah - Amy Janz

When we first met with Man Kajang a year ago, I asked him if he could recommend any female MUA for the akad nikah ceremony. He recommended a few, but somehow last minute changes caused us to lose their bookings. Thankfully, Man had a few backups line up, which was how we got Amy Janz as the MUA. Man Kajang highly recommended him. There are good friends and Amy has been the MUA for a lot of his brides. Man is VERY, VERY cerewet, so I completely trust his judgement hehe.

My ceremony was scheduled to start after zohor, so Amy called the night before, saying that he will come at 11.30am. He said make sure the bride eats first! Good advice. Takut kebulur pulak pengantin, nanti perut berkeroncong masa akad nikah.

He came at 1130 as agreed. Unfortunately, Man didn't tell him to bring gloves, so my sister had to go out to get a pair. Delay skit start makeup but no worries he said, we will be ready on time.

Overall, I was extremely happy with his work. My foundation looked flawless, despite my skin acting up mere days before the big day. Amy was also very calm when working, which helped calmed my nerves too. Am glad that Man recommended him for the akad nikah ceremony :)
